These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cribo WhatsApp Business Platform and website, operated by SALAAR SYSTEMS (PVT) Limited. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Service

You must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and the WhatsApp Business and Meta platform policies. You are responsible for the content you send and for obtaining necessary consent from your recipients.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed according to the plan you select. Conversation costs set by Meta are passed through at 0% markup.

Acceptable use

• No spam, unsolicited messaging, or violation of WhatsApp policies.
• No unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• No attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or platform policies.
